Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By ordering a package or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service as the agreement between you and INBOXER LLC dba NewBusinessWeb. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Services

NewBusinessWeb provides a done-for-you website launch system consisting of design and build of a website up to the page limit of your selected tier, lead-capture setup, and optional Care Plan hosting and maintenance. The Care Plan is optional and may be cancelled at any time.

3. Timeline & Guarantee

Your preview is approved on or before your stated ETA date, and your site launches within 24 hours of preview approval, or we continue working at no additional build fee until it does. If you do not love the design direction within 7 days of your site going live, you may request a full refund of your build fee.

4. Ownership

You own your domain and content. If you cancel the Care Plan, your hosted site pauses, but your domain and content remain yours.

5. Payments

One-time build fees are charged in full at checkout. Care Plan charges recur monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
